  • Create compelling, viral-worthy content (text, images, videos) for Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and more.
  • Master AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E, etc.) to produce stunning visuals and creative assets.
  • Monitor social media trends, analyze campaign performance, and iterate strategies to optimize results.
  • Plan and execute growth hacking campaigns to rapidly expand clients' user base and social footprint.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with overall campaign goals and brand voice.

// REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in Web3 or AI industry.
  • Deep understanding of social media landscape and a keen sense of what makes content go viral ("网感").
  • Demonstrable experience in planning and executing successful user growth campaigns.
  • Proficiency with AI-powered content creation tools.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for exploring technology frontiers.

  • Proven experience in community management, ideally within Web3 or tech space.
  • Deep understanding of what drives community engagement and how to cultivate a strong sense of belonging.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Experience in planning and executing online community events.
  • Ability to be highly present and active within community channels.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese, with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Passionate about Web3/AI and skilled at building and maintaining relationships.

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong copywriting and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese.
  • Natural leader adept at coordinating with different stakeholders and driving projects forward.
